It's official! Celebrating the 5th anniversary of the launch of this website, TeBe Photographs is now TeBe Inspires (www.tebeinspires.com). TeBe Inspires to Imagine, Explore, and Capture the Moment. Five years ago, I created this website to capture moments through the lens of my camera and share them with you since I enjoy photography and traveling. Since then, the website evolved, more cameras have been purchased, more places explored, and accounts added. Throughout the time the website was TeBe Photographs, a store was established (then TeBe Store to TeBe Goods), blogs were created, a section on Earth & Space, and more. You have seen images captured by the DJI Phantom 4 Pro (in service since 2017), Nikon D7500 (since 2019), and the recent DJI Mavic 3 Classic (since April 2023). Since June 2018, places explored include France (2018), Montréal (2018), Guadeloupe (2019), and Spain & France (2022). 2020-2021 was COVID time so a break in the travel department. So far this year, 2023, has uncovered more Montréal and the first time in New Orleans, LA. Images from both will be published soon on the site. Beyond TeBe Inspires, accounts associated include YouTube (TeBe Productions), Instagram (@tebephotographs, @tebedrones, and @tebe.goods), Facebook (TeBe Photographs), and recently TikTok (@tebeinspires). This website and around continue to evolve.
So why TeBe Inspires? When TeBe Photographs began, it was to showcase photos and offer prints. The original slogan was "Inspire to imagine, explore, and capture the moment." The word "Photographs" has a service connotation to it. For the past 5 years, TeBe Photographs didn't offer any photography service (weddings, portraits, etc.) which people would ask by looking at the name. It offered goods as physical prints but not the thing that comes to mind. Services may one day be, but not at the moment. Additionally, "Photographs" seemed stuck to photos when I also produce videos, especially with drones. This is the main reason the YouTube Channel changed its name from TeBe Photographs to TeBe Productions. Now with "Inspires," there's the freedom to move beyond photos, and "Inspires" can be anything you and I can define to inspire to that something. Changing the website name was in the slogan. Take "Inspires" and replace "Photographs." Now TeBe Inspires is in service for 5 years and counting... What will the next 5 years bring?
