Image: The Echium wildpretii (known as Tenerife bugloss) is a flowering plant that is exclusive to the Canary Islands. This plant blooms only once in its lifetime. On Tenerife (largest of the seven Canary Islands), it blooms late spring to early summer. Yours shown is blooming at an altitude of about 2,400 meters (7,874 feet) with Mount Teide in the background. Return Policy
